“abm ‘Essence’ have been providing professional catering services to homeowners at all new retirement communities managed by Adlington Management Services for almost four years. Their quality and service standards mirror the numerous “award winning” retirement living communities we mange.

Fresh, nutritious food is high on the priority list of our homeowners, and this is reflected in the wide range of menu choices available. We are pleased to have appointed abm ‘Essence’ as our catering provider.”

Essence have provided a meal service at one of our Extra Care schemes for the last 3 years, with meals prepared fresh on a daily basis – which are of the highest quality. The staff are friendly, accommodating and cannot do enough to meet our resident’s needs. At a recent meeting residents described the meals provided as ‘first class’ and the chef ‘excellent’!

We have been impressed by the way that Essence have worked with our residents, carrying out individual meetings with each to ascertain their individual dietary requirements, in order to deliver the highest quality service and the ad-hoc service they provide at special times throughout the year, which our residents absolutely love!
