At Grow we believe the saying “you are what you eat“, which is why we place such high importance on the food we provide for children in key stages 1 & 2.
Child development happens at a remarkable rate during the early years and Grow understand the need to fuel children’s minds and bodies to support their cognitive and physical growth, giving them the ‘get up and go‘ they need.
Our nutritionist works closely with our chefs to create friendly, varied and nutrient-rich menus which are sourced from only the freshest school compliant ingredients from local suppliers.
During key stage 1 our skilled chefs introduce young pupils to fresh foods, new flavours and textures.We encourage them to do this through tasting sessions, stickers and exciting rewards & competitions.
